💪 Your Mission
We are looking for a Business Developer ready to play a key role in our growth. Your responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify and seize new opportunities (markets, sectors, partnerships)
- Build and grow your client portfolio
- Prospect, persuade, and support decision-makers through to contract signing
- Follow up on incoming leads
- Manage the existing pipeline and ensure a smooth handover to our account managers
- In the future, build your own sales team
- Represent eBloom at events (conferences, trade shows, networking)
- Negotiate contracts with transparency and efficiency
- Maintain and develop our network of partners to make them successful
🤩 Your Profile
- At least one previous sales experience
- Passionate about sales and growth
- Fluent in French + good command of English or Dutch
- Sociable and an excellent communicator (oral and written)
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, rigorous, and results-oriented
- A team player who supports the growth of others
- Comfortable managing a full sales cycle
- Interested in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Valid B driver's license
