💪 Your Mission
We are looking for a Business Developer ready to play a key role in our growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and deploying effective sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Identifying and seizing new opportunities (markets, sectors, partnerships).
- Building and expanding your own client portfolio.
- Prospecting, persuading, and supporting decision-makers through to closing.
- Following up on inbound leads.
- Managing the existing pipeline and ensuring a smooth handoff to our Account Managers.
- Representing eBloom at events (conferences, trade shows, networking).
- Negotiating contracts with transparency and efficiency.
🤩 Your Profile
- At least one previous experience in a sales role.
- Passionate about sales and growth.
- Fluent in French + a good command of English and/or Dutch.
- Sociable with excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Proactive, autonomous, rigorous, and results-oriented.
- A team player who supports the growth of others.
- Comfortable managing a full sales cycle.
- Interested in a dynamic and agile environment.
- Valid Category B driver's license.
