Yes. Everyone has access to their personal space with their credits, training history, and remaining balance.

How do I track what has actually been taken?

You can easily invite each employee to mark the status of their training (validated, postponed, cancelled, etc.) via their centralized space. Team Leaders or you can also do this. You then have access to a complete tracking board with filters and statistics.
